After extensive research, a new brand Cuyana was found and introduced to the brand portfolio. The following brand proposal includes an overview of Cuyana's 7P's; market position and pricing architecture compared to the already stocked brands.
For the 'Fashion Buying and Promotion' unit, I have overlooked e-commerce department store Net-A-Porter. A brand portfolio for the bags category was introduced along with an identity comparison of the brands stocked and new brand proposal. While this is not my best project, I am proud of the layout presentation.
